Compared to The Mighty Boosh and Peter Cook by the Prague Post, “We Are a Real” Theatre Company presents Men Avoid Jars; an absurd and surreal deconstruction of everything theatre tries to be.  Taking inspiration from Dadaist art and Discordianist symbolism, this two-man show is a musical and visual composition that turns ritual on its head.

Featuring original musical compositions in close harmony, puppetry and post-modern dance, Men Avoid Jars takes inspiration and techniques from a wide variety of theatre practitioners to create a non-narrative spectacle somewhere between the realms of sacrament and sheer silliness.
